Danielle, a native Oregonian developed a passion for both human connection and architecture at an early age.
Growing up, she witnessed her parents build a thriving portfolio of residential and commercial real estate, alongside several home remodels. This exposure sparked Danielle’s desire to pursue a degree in Interior Design and Sustainability at Oregon State University, which also led to an enriching internship with a high-end design firm in Oahu, Hawaii.
After graduation, Danielle quickly realized that working behind a computer screen all day in AutoCAD wasn’t her ideal career path. This epiphany led her to the BurnCycle community, where she became a Spin instructor. There, Danielle discovered her true love for creating personalized, memorable experiences for her clients, all while forming connections with a wide range of people.
Danielle's natural ability to connect with people, paired with her outgoing personality, made becoming a Real Estate Broker a perfect fit. Since 2019, Danielle has facilitated and negotiated over 200 real estate transactions, representing both buyers and sellers with a deep understanding of the process. She works the entire Portland Metro, specializing on the west side.
Her passion for how homes make people feel is at the heart of her work. With a degree in interior design, Danielle brings a unique skill set to every transaction. She excels at preparing a home for the market, ensuring each property is presented in the best possible light to maximize its potential and appeal. Whether helping sellers showcase their homes or guiding buyers to find the perfect fit, Danielle’s creativity, design expertise, and exceptional listening skills allow her to deliver results that align with her clients’ goals.
Danielle has built her business off of referrals. Rather than relying on advertising or cold outreach, she prioritizes exceptional service, knowing that satisfied clients are her best source of new business. By exceeding expectations, Danielle has cultivated a loyal network eager to recommend her to others.
Her referral-driven approach allows her to concentrate on delivering value while her business grows organically through trusted recommendations. Ultimately, Danielle’s focus on referrals has helped her create a sustainable, long-term business built on repeat clients and strong relationships.
When she’s not helping clients, Danielle enjoys exploring Portland’s culinary scene, traveling, spending time with her two dogs and husband Josh, a Gresham firefighter.
