Julie Spear is a licensed Oregon real estate agent who has been serving clients with expertise and dedication since 2015. A Portland native, she offers both deep local knowledge and a global perspective shaped by 15 years living abroad and working in the fashion industry. She returned to Portland more than 20 years ago, where her roots and experience allow her to expertly guide clients through an ever-changing market.

Outside of real estate, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, a talented custom cabinetry builder, and their three sons. She values meaningful moments with friends and family, a great sense of humor, and time well spent together.
