About Melissa Hartfield

Melissa is a Portland native with deep roots throughout the Rose City.  She even stuck close to home for college and attended Portland State University where she studied Human Psychology! For the past 27 years, she has been a Lake Oswego resident where she and her husband have been raising their daughters. She has been engaged in her community for many years as a parent, volunteer, and dedicated real estate broker. 

 

With more than 17 years of experience as a licensed agent, she has guided clients across the full breadth of the Portland metro area — from the city’s vibrant neighborhoods, to the quiet suburbs, to expansive acreage out in the country, and beyond. 

 

Having navigated every kind of market, Melissa brings a depth of knowledge and steady guidance that her clients genuinely rely on. Her approach has always been boutique in nature: thoughtful, hands-on, and deeply personal. Every client receives her full attention and honest counsel, whether they’re buying their first property or selling their family home of many years. 

 

Outside of real estate, Melissa is happiest spending time with her family & friends, her sweet dog, exploring delicious food, traveling, and dancing!
