“Having built and developed properties, I have a wonderful insight into the construction process, which I readily share to better inform my clients’ real estate decisions,” says Andrew. “I can usually spot problems with a home from across the street! Originally from Beaverton and a longtime Cedar Hills resident, Andrew has lived all over the city and stays up to date on the very latest market shifts, new developments, and fast-evolving neighborhoods. After graduating from Texas Christian University with a degree in Political Science, Andrew worked in the mortgage industry—experience that arms him with nuanced knowledge he readily uses to guide his clients through all kinds of complex property transactions.
