Shelley grew up in a real estate family in beautiful Southern Oregon, then moved to Eugene in the Willamette Valley to attend The University of Oregon where she studied architecture, art, and journalism. There she invested in real estate and built a home. She was fortunate to live many years in France, Austria, and Japan, before finally moving to Portland in 1998.
Having lived in all four of Portland’s quadrants, Shelley has an expansive perspective on the Portland Metropolitan neighborhoods and micro-markets. Shelley takes the time to get to know her clients so she can help them "Right-Size" and envision the life they want. By helping her clients understand the current market they can optimize their biggest investments. For sellers and buyers looking to renovate, Shelley will share her carefully curated vendor list. Her elevated listings are always cleaned, staged, and photographed so that they sell for the highest possible price.
She loves living in the Pacific Northwest, remodeling mid-century homes, and volunteering in the community. Shelley is on the board of the Landen Lucas Foundation - Sports For Life which focuses on creating access and opportunities for underprivileged youth. With a background in education and corporate leadership development, Shelley merges excellent communications, negotiations, and personal effectiveness skills with her ability to cultivate lasting relationships.
In a place where hiking, cycling, art, music, amazing restaurants, and rooftop views reign supreme, Shelley would love to show you around this beautiful region. Whether you are buying for the first time, upgrading to your dream home, or looking to retire in this great state, Shelley knows Portland and would love to help you find your perfect home to 'Right-Size' your life.
